Job Description

key responsibilities:

1. customer care: assist customers with their inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

2. back office processing: handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance to support the operations of the organization.

3. coordination skills: communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and coordination of tasks.

4. back end processing: perform backend processes like data management, report generation, and system maintenance to support the overall operations.

5. ms office word: proficient in using ms word for creating documents, reports, and correspondence.

6. basic computers: have a basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

7. computer operations: able to operate computers and related equipment efficiently to perform daily tasks.

8. backend process: understand and follow the processes required for smooth backend operations.

9. typing skills: possess good typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry and document preparation.

10. data entry: input data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems for record-keeping and analysis purposes.

required skills and expectations:

- minimum educational qualifications of 12th pass, ., or bachelor's degree in relevant fields.

- 0-2 years of work experience in a similar role is preferred.

- proficiency in ms word, basic computer skills, and data entry operations.
