1. airport staff: providing assistance to passengers at the airport, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.

2. airport ticketing: issuing boarding passes, checking in passengers, and handling ticketing queries.

3. airline operations: coordinating with airline staff to ensure efficient flight operations and on-time departures.

4. aviation security: ensuring the safety and security of passengers, baggage, and airport facilities in compliance with aviation regulations.

5. customer service: addressing passenger inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner to enhance customer satisfaction.

6. ground staff activities: assisting in aircraft ground operations such as aircraft marshaling, baggage handling, and aircraft cleaning.

7. direct sales: promoting airline services, products, and ancillary revenue opportunities to passengers.

8. cargo handling: supervising the loading and unloading of cargo onto aircraft, ensuring proper handling and documentation.

required skills and expectations:

1. strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers and airline staff.

2. ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and safety.

About Air India Airlines

Founded in 1932 as Tata Airlines by J. R. D. Tata, Tata himself flew its first single-engine de Havilland Puss Moth, carrying air mail from Karachi to Bombay's Juhu aerodrome and later continuing to Madras (currently Chennai). After World War II, it was nationalised by the Government of India in 1953 and was renamed Air India.[4] On 21 February 1960, it took delivery of its first Boeing 707 named Gauri Shankar and became the first Asian airline to induct a jet aircraft in its fleet. In 200001, attempts were made to privatise Air India and from 2006 onwards, it suffered losses after its merger with Indian Airlines. Another privatization attempt was launched in 2017, which concluded with ownership of the airline and associated properties return to the Tata Group after 69 years in 2022.
