the airport passenger service associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to airline passengers at the airport. some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

1. assisting passengers with check-in procedures, boarding, and other pre-flight requirements.

2. handling passenger inquiries and providing information about flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information.
