key responsibilities:

1. airport ticketing: assist customers with ticket booking, check-in, and baggage handling at the airport counter.

2. customer relationship: build rapport with customers, provide assistance, and address their queries or concerns regarding flight bookings.

3. air ticketing: handle ticket reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently to ensure smooth customer experience.

4. ticket booking: process flight ticket bookings through computerized systems, ensuring accuracy in details and timely confirmations.

5. airport ground staff: coordinate with ground staff for seamless operations, including boarding procedures, security checks, and departure processes.

required skills and expectations:

1. strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

2. detail-oriented approach to accurately process ticketing transactions and ensure correct information.

3. knowledge of computerized ticketing systems for booking, changing, and canceling flight tickets.

About Air India Airlines

Founded in 1932 as Tata Airlines by J. R. D. Tata, Tata himself flew its first single-engine de Havilland Puss Moth, carrying air mail from Karachi to Bombay's Juhu aerodrome and later continuing to Madras (currently Chennai).
