Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aircraft on the ground

2. Assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage check

3. Loading and unloading luggage and cargo from aircraft

4. Directing aircraft to their designated parking spots

5. Marshalling aircraft using hand signals

6. Performing security checks on baggage and cargo

7. Assisting disabled or unaccompanied passengers

8. Providing excellent customer service to passengers
