location: 2nd floor, sai shritha meadows, plot number:344, rd number 7, kakatiya hills, kavuri hills phase 1, madhapur, hyderabad, telangana .

job description

• excellent communication versed with all kind of us visa and tax terms (w2,1099 and c2c).

• responsible for end to end recruitment.

• recruiting consultants on corp 2 corp, 1099 basis for contract, contract to hire and full-time positions.

• sourcing the relevant profiles line up and screen from the various job portals as per the requirements.

• responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for direct clients in the us.

• thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client.

• conduct initial screenings, reference checks negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the account managers to close the position.

• responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.

• experience in us it staffing/recruitment/ 1-5 years is an added advantage.
