-- sourcing candidates through various sources like job portals, social networks and head hunting.

-- posting and advertising the jobs on various sites.

-- preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /short-listing the right profile against the given requirement.

-- schedule interviews with different levels and follow up for the feed backs.

-- follow up with shortlisted candidate till they on-board.

mandatory skills:

Ø excellent communication skills- both verbal and written.

Ø maintain ongoing relationships with clients,
