Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our
dynamic Ed-Tech company. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for
generating new business through lead generation, cold calling, and building
relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold call potential clients and introduce our products and services
Qualify leads and assess client needs
Build and maintain a database of potential clients
Meet and exceed sales targets
Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions
Follow up on leads and client inquiries
Provide after-sales support to clients
Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes
Requirements:
Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field
Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated and results-driven
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
