job responsibilities:
* make outbound calls to customers regarding product details, offers, and order support.
• handle inbound calls and assist customers with queries, returns, and order tracking.
• maintain daily call records and follow up with potential leads.
• update order status and coordinate with the operations & delivery team.
• promote ongoing sales, discounts, and new arrivals over calls.
• ensure customer satisfaction by resolving basic issues or escalating when required.
• support marketing and sales campaigns through telecalling activities.
skills needed:
* good communication in hindi, gujarati & basic english.
• confident and polite telephone etiquette.
• basic computer knowledge (excel, crm, online portal handling).
• active listening and strong follow-up skills.
• interest in e-commerce and customer service.
qualification:
12th pass / graduate (any stream)
salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 (based on interview performance)
working hours: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (monday to saturday)
