· candidate should have minimum one year exp in inside sales or any type of sales and targets.

· candidate with experience in sales in the business is an added advantage

· experience and ability to explain the customer on the product and its features and benefits and discuss the advantage of the online products.

· candidates preferred with good and clear communication skills

· a typical day will require a maximum of 80 to 100 calls depending on your targets,talk to the new customer, followup on past customer and tracking the conversion.

· excellent and clear communication skills in english

· ability to communicate in other local languages like hindi, kannada, marathi, bengali, and tamil etc is an added advantage
