Job Description

the primary responsibility of a tele caller is to make outbound calls to potential customers in order to pitch products or services and generate sales leads. tele callers are also responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.

in addition to excellent communication skills, tele callers should possess strong english typing skills and be proficient in basic computer skills. this includes familiarity with using programs such as microsoft office and email applications.
