candidate will have to take care of Quality issues feedback of handsets and provide the Solution to the service centers.
candidate will be supporting all the SVCs and Improving the technical skills of Service engineers
Familiar with Smartphone repair (L3/L4) /troubleshooting of Smartphone
Ensure all the issues are properly logged
Diagnose/troubleshoot technical issues and support the service centers
Provide prompt feedback to the R&D team and follow up with them to ensure all the issues are resolved timely
Responsible for Repair process Improvement, Training, Preparing technical document, Manuals, and Reports
Experience: 2+ Years, Applicants should have experience from the Mobile industry only
