To manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs to onboarding, ensuring the company attracts and hires the best talent in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand manpower requirements by collaborating with hiring managers.
Source candidates using various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Conduct screening calls and assess candidates qualifications, skills, and culture fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
Manage offer roll-outs, negotiations, and pre-onboarding documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support campus recruitment, job fairs, and other talent attraction initiatives.
Contribute to employer branding activities to enhance the companys reputation in the job market.
Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for management review.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
03 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Proficiency in using job portals and sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet deadlines. -
