Job Description

We are currently seeking a meticulous and organized Storekeeper to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing stock levels, and ensuring the proper storage and distribution of materials within the facility. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and supplies, ensuring their quality and quantity meet the required standards.

Maintain an organized inventory system, including the proper labeling, categorization, and storage of all materials in the warehouse or storage facility.

Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to prevent shortages and ensure the availability of essential items for ongoing operations.

Coordinate with the procurement team to verify purchase orders and reconcile discrepancies or issues related to deliveries or supplies.

Prepare and maintain detailed records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, returns, and adjustments, using manual or computerized systems.

Conduct regular inventory audits to assess stock levels, identify obsolete or damaged items, and implement necessary measures for inventory control and management.

Coordinate with the relevant departments to fulfill internal material requests and ensure timely distribution of materials as per organizational requirements.

Comply with safety and security standards for the storage and handling of materials, including the proper use of equipment and adherence to storage guidelines.

Generate regular reports on inventory activities, including stock levels, consumption patterns, and any relevant issues or concerns.

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective inventory management strategies and procedures for the smooth operation of the storage facility.
