We are looking for an experienced and hands-on **Software Development Manager Full Stack** to lead a team of talented developers and drive the design, development, and deployment of salable full-stack web applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building high-quality products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage a team of front-end and back-end developers.

* Oversee the full software development lifecycle design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Design.

* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

* Ensure high code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and best practices.

* Plan and prioritize development tasks and sprint cycles.

* Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to the team.

* Identify bottlenecks and improve development processes.

* Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

# **Technical Skills:**

* Strong hands-on experience in Full Stack Development (., **JavaScript/TypeScript, , /Angular/**).

* Proficient in server-side languages and frameworks (., **, Python, Java, .NET**).

* Experience with database systems (SQL & NoSQL **MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB**).
