Develop and refine social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand identity.
Conduct audience research and analysis to understand user behavior, preferences, and trends.
Create comprehensive social media plans, including content calendars, campaign timelines, and KPIs.
Content Creation and Curation:
Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms (text, images, videos, stories, etc.).
Curate user-generated content and collaborate with content creators or influencers for campaigns.
Ensure consistency in messaging and visual aesthetics while adapting content for different platforms.
Community Engagement and Management:
Engage with the audience, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Foster community growth and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and sentiments, and incorporate insights into strategies.
Campaign Development and Execution:
Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Coordinate with other marketing teams to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Measure campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Social Listening and Analysis:
Use social media monitoring tools to track mentions, trends, and sentiments related to the brand or industry.
Gather and analyze data to derive actionable insights for improving strategies and content performance.
Paid Social Advertising:
Collaborate with the advertising team to develop and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
Monitor ad performance, optimize targeting, and budgets based on campaign objectives.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports and performance metrics using analytics tools to measure the impact of social media efforts.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards social media goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
Analytical skills to interpret data and metrics for strategic decision-making.
