Job Description

job responsibilities:

• ensuring that all the regions allotted to you must have 24 hours network support for our customers – not limited to mechanics and towing network

• availability for 24 hours during escalation (at least on-call or email)

• maintaining 80% sla in the region

• handling escalations regarding the orders with a network

• co-ordination with vendors and internal team for payable and receivable

• supporting bd team in subscription packages sales and conversion
