Roles and Responsibilities

· Generating New Leads & Follow up on the same for New Revenue Generation opportunities in AMC & Spares Business

· Ensuring adherence to discipline of functional reports & work timelines

· Minimizing accidents & incidents by adherence/ awareness of safety norms

· Improving Team member performance by regular reviews of Team Members vis-a-vis performance, skills & behavioral requirements of Gemini

· Ensuring payment is received as per agreed terms before service execution

· Managing After Sales Team & their activities (Pan India)

· Ensure that all customer complaints are attended & closed well in time

Desired Candidate Profile

· Engineering Graduate/Diploma from Electrical/Mechanical Stream

· Must have 7+ years of experience in After Sales Activities for Material Handling Equipment (MHE)/Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP)/Arial Work Platforms (AWP).

· Must have an exposure to Team Lead & Team Management

· Should possess Managerial Skills

· Good Communication Skills

· Decision Making Skills

· Planning & Scheduling

· CRM Exposure is must ( will be preferable)
