Roles and Responsibilities:

Repairing the micro controller electronic based sophisticated testing and measuring instruments at customers place as well as at regional offices / Works.

Process covers Customer visits, Product fault diagnosis & troubleshooting, Calibration, AMC, Field testing of product, Customer Training, Documentation of work, (Repair Report, Service Report, Calibration reports, Customer Satisfaction Survey, Service Status, Projections - Sales, Recovery & Spares), Raising of bills & recovery of payment & other out-standings.

Development of customer relations & business like AMC, Calibration, Testing, Spares etc.

Giving feedback on field performance of product to R&D and Manufacturing for continuous design & process improvement.

Giving feedback on field requirements for product to marketing as well as concern back office.
