responsibilities:
write test automation and train the team to create test automation scripts.
review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
estimate, prioritise, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
identify, record, and document bugs thoroughly and track them to closure.
perform thorough regression testing when issues are fixed.
develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client requirements.
liaise with internal teams (developers, product managers, etc.) to identify system requirements.
monitor debugging process results and ensure timely resolutions.
investigate causes of non-conforming software and guide users on implementing solutions.
track quality assurance metrics such as defect density and open defect counts.
stay up to date with new testing tools, automation frameworks, and test strategies.

understanding of software architectural concepts and workflows, knowledge of html or other programming languages, and the ability to create technical documentation.
