Oversee general administration activities including facility management, housekeeping, security, cafeteria, transport, and office supplies.
Coordinate with vendors for AMCs, utility services, maintenance, pest control, and office equipment.
Manage documentation and compliance for audits (FDA, GMP, ISO, etc.) related to facility and administrative functions.
Monitor infrastructure upkeep ensuring regular checks on HVAC systems, ETP/STP, and utility areas.
Liaise with internal teams (HR, QA, Production, Engineering) to support facility requirements.
Maintain records of utility bills, licenses, agreements, and ensure timely renewals.
Support onboarding/offboarding logistics for employees ID cards, seating, lockers, IT coordination.
Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, training sessions, and facility tours.
Maintain stock of stationery, uniforms, and consumables with periodic inventory checks.
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and hygiene protocols on-site.
Support in budgeting and cost control of administrative expenses.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree (Any discipline); Diploma in Facility Management/Administration preferred
Experience: 58 years in administration, preferably in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare sector
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Vendor management and negotiation skills
Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements related to facility administration
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and administrative reporting tools
Ability to multitask and handle emergencies
