job summary:

we are looking for experienced scaffolders to join projects in gulf countries. the ideal candidate will be skilled in erecting, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding structures safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

key responsibilities:

erect, dismantle, and maintain scaffolding structures as per project requirements.

read and interpret scaffolding plans, blueprints, and specifications.

inspect scaffolding components to ensure structural integrity and safety.

ensure proper use of scaffolding tools, equipment, and materials.

collaborate with construction teams to meet project timelines.

follow all safety protocols and adhere to local regulations.

report any hazards or defects to the supervisor immediately.

requirements:

proven experience as a scaffolder (2 - 5 years) in construction or industrial projects.

knowledge of different types of scaffolding systems and materials.

ability to work at heights safely.

physical stamina and dexterity to handle scaffolding work.

understanding of workplace safety standards and ppe usage.

willingness to work in gulf countries under challenging conditions.

preferred qualifications:

certification in scaffolding safety or construction safety is a plus.

experience working in large-scale construction projects.
