Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Back Office cum Sales Operations Executive to support our sales team and ensure smooth operational efficiency in our Ichalkaranji office. This hybrid role involves a blend of administrative tasks, sales coordination, data management, and customer service to facilitate the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous individual with excellent communication skills, capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Support & Coordination:
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients [].
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and payment processing [, ].
Coordinate with various departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction [, ].
Maintain and update product catalogs, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability [].
Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by streamlining workflows and providing necessary administrative assistance [, ].
Back Office Operations & Data Management:
Perform data entry, maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and documentation [, , ].
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock information, coordinating with the warehouse or production team [, ].
Prepare regular sales reports, MIS (Management Information System) reports, and sales performance analysis for management [, ].
Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and office organization [, ].
Customer Interaction & Service:
Handle customer inquiries, orders, and provide assistance through various channels (phone, email, WhatsApp) [].
Provide post-sales support, handle customer returns/exchanges, and address complaints or issues promptly [, ].
