Job Description

Sales Generation & Business Development:

Identify and cultivate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and referrals.

Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the value proposition of our [products/services].

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Prepare and submit sales contracts and orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends in Nashik and surrounding areas.

Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales efforts.

Marketing Support & Brand Promotion:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events (., trade shows, local exhibitions).

Represent the company professionally at industry events, promoting our brand and fostering positive relationships.

Distribute marketing materials and ensure brand messaging is consistent and impactful.

Contribute to social media engagement and digital marketing efforts as required.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries and support.

Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback reports for management.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
