Job description:
Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and lead generation.
Present, promote, and sell products to prospective clients using solid product knowledge.
Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with leads to convert them into sales.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales reports and market feedback to the team lead/manager.
Actively participate in promotional campaigns and trade events when required.
Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
03 years of experience in field sales, B2B/B2C sales, or retail product sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain professionalism during cold calls and visits.
Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling locally or regionally.
