Key Responsibilities
€¢ Identify and develop new business opportunities in the capital machinery sector through cold calling, networking, and attending industry-related events and exhibitions. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
€¢ Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to customers.
€¢ Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients.
€¢ Promote and sell CNC machines and related automation solutions to clients.
€¢ Provide technical consultations to customers, explaining machine features, capabilities, benefits support and product demonstrations to customers
€¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
€¢ Collaborate with the service team to ensure post-sales support and timely issue resolution.
€¢ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
€¢ Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
€¢ Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and inquiries using CRM software.
Requirements:
€¢ Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the capital machinery industry
€¢ Strong technical knowledge of capital machinery products and applications
€¢ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
€¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
€¢ Willingness to travel as needed & Ready to travel in allocated area min 15-20 days in month
