Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the capital machinery sector through cold calling, networking, and attending industry-related events and exhibitions. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to customers.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients.
Promote and sell CNC machines and related automation solutions to clients.
Provide technical consultations to customers, explaining machine features, capabilities, benefits support and product demonstrations to customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Collaborate with the service team to ensure post-sales support and timely issue resolution.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and inquiries using CRM software.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the capital machinery industry
Strong technical knowledge of capital machinery products and applications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as needed & Ready to travel in allocated area min 15-20 days in month
