Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Robotic Operator with 02 years of experience in handling machined aluminium die casting components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining robotic systems involved in casting, machining, and part handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate robotic machines for handling, loading, and unloading aluminium die-cast parts.

Monitor robotic movements and ensure accurate positioning of machined components.

Perform regular checks and basic maintenance of robotic arms and automation systems.

Assist in die casting operations, trimming, deburring, and inspection of components.

Ensure quality compliance of components as per customer specifications.

Work closely with the maintenance team to resolve any equipment-related issues.

Maintain proper documentation of daily production and quality reports.

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.

Key Skills Required:

Understanding of aluminium die casting and CNC machining processes.

Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills for robotic arms and fixtures.

Familiarity with quality control instruments (., Vernier caliper, Micrometer, etc.).

Ability to read technical drawings is a plus.
