Description:

The below role involves complete understanding of the Motor Insurance space, with good exposure to products and processes. As a Business Head the candidate will have a complete responsibility to manage the Digital Motor Insurance business. Closely interacting with all the insurance companies and then managing the top line for the product through the company's sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead business strategy for Motor Insurance and our POSP App - Covernote

2. Forge strategic partnerships with leading insurance companies

3. Drive innovation through differentiated product constructs

4. Manage all regulatory & compliance interaction with IRDAI / Insurance companies & internal teams

5. Responsible for the overall growth of the category & customer engagement.

Report to the CEO, and opportunity is based out of our office in Hyderabad.

Experience:

Candidates with prior experience from Insurance Intermediary (Broker, Corporate Agency, POSP app) or Insurance Companies and Insurance start ups will be preferred.

Desired years of experience 8-15 years.
