Responsibilities

Works with the product / client team to understand project requirements

Technical documentation Designing architecture, flow diagrams, documenting technical implementation approaches and pseudocode

Set and evolve standards and best practices for our application development team Conduct code reviews and enforce standards

Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.

Guide/Mentor junior developers and empower them on ReactJS and related trends

Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code

Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.

Oversee development process compliance and CI activities

Skills

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

Experience Working on Agile Teams and using Application Lifecycle Management tools like JIRA

In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5.

Familiarity with UI libraries such as React Bootstrap, Material UI, etc.

Thorough understanding of /React Hooks and its core principles

Experience with popular workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript

Familiarity with RESTful APIs

Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, Bitbucket

Authentication with tokens utilizing technologies such as OAuth
