key responsibilities:

1. assist in loading and unloading of baggage and cargo: help in the safe and efficient handling of baggage and cargo onto and off of the aircraft.

2. marshal aircraft during arrival and departure: guide the aircraft to and from the gate using hand signals or light wands.

3. perform aircraft grooming tasks: ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the aircraft by cleaning the interior and exterior.

4. inspect and maintain ground service equipment: conduct regular checks on equipment such as baggage carts, belt loaders, and tugs to ensure they are in good working condition.

5. comply with safety and security procedures: adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.

1. ability to lift heavy objects: must be able to lift luggage and cargo of varying weights.

2. communication skills: good verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and pilots.

3. attention to detail: being meticulous in tasks such as inspecting equipment and following safety procedures.

4. physical fitness: stamina and physical strength to work in a fast-paced environment and handle demanding tasks.
