Job Description

- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

- Conduct regular audits (internal and external) to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

- Oversee the testing of raw materials, in-process items, and finished packaging cardboards.

- Ensure accurate documentation of quality parameters such as thickness, strength, moisture content, and print quality.

- Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Collaborate with procurement to maintain quality in incoming materials.

- Investigate product defects, customer complaints, or production issues using root cause analysis techniques

- Lead and train a team of quality inspectors and technicians.

- Promote a quality-focused culture across departments through awareness programs and regular training.

- Maintain accurate quality records, compliance certificates, and inspection reports.

- Present regular quality performance reports to senior management.

- Communicate with clients regarding product specifications, compliance, and complaints.
