Job Description

- Perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished packaging cardboard products.

- Conduct physical and visual checks for parameters like GSM, bursting strength, moisture content, compression strength, and surface finish.

- Ensure production processes comply with company and regulatory quality standards

- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System

- Record and maintain accurate quality data for traceability and audits.

- Prepare daily and monthly quality reports for senior management.

- Work closely with the production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues in real-time.

- Coordinate with suppliers to verify the quality of incoming materials and report discrepancies.

- Assist in handling customer complaints related to quality and ensure timely resolution.

- Support quality audits by providing necessary documentation and samples.

- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance product consistency.
