Job Description

Evaluation of food additive chemical inquiry/ Specification as per JECFA & Food Chemicals Codex

Preparation and review of specification.

New Product development.

Document set ( Technical) preparation for food additive

Preparation of customer support document as per food industry requirement.

Customer satisfaction& Customer Audits

Execution of sample request.

Batch release as per QA standard.

Stability Study of the Product.

Release of QC analytical report of food additives.

Preparation & Approval of Certificate of Analysis (COA).

Execution of external lab testing (NABL) for food additives.

Production Trial.

Liaison with FSSAI& related govt. agency.

Licensing & Registration (FSSAI).

HACCP Implementation.

Internal Quality Audit & Vendor audit.

Vendor Development.

Training regarding food safety.

Other QA related work assigned by higher authority

Indirectly keeping watch on compliances of in-process and Finished Goods with the coordination of in process QC.

Regarding deviations in any quality parameters of RM/Product inform to Dept. Head QC for further action.

Maintain all confidential documents like Recipes, Specifications and Test methods, etc. Safe.

Shelf Life Study of FG.

FSMS Team Co-ordinator

Internal Auditor (HACCP)

Documentation as per ISO

Assist to Quality Manager to develop, implement and maintain Quality/Food Safety & Process related documents and records.

Validation and Verification of all Control Measures, OPRPs and CCPs.

Traceability ofproducts, Product Recall and FIFO Audit

Develop Internal Audit schedules and plan.

Internal Quality Audit, Supplier Audit

Handling customer Complaint and Non conformity of product

Training regarding, Laboratory method,food safety and mandatory procedures

Follow up for updating all Regulatory documents related to Quality, FSSAI.

Ensuring that documents are kept safe and in the right location,
