• indirectly keeping watch on compliances of in-process and finished goods with the coordination of in process qc.

• regarding deviations in any quality parameters of rm/product inform to dept. head qc for further action.

• maintain all confidential documents like recipes, specifications and test methods, etc. safe.

• shelf life study of fg.

• assist to quality manager to develop, implement and maintain quality/food safety & process related documents and records.

• validation and verification of all control measures, oprp’s and ccp’s.

• traceability ofproducts, product recall and fifo audit

• develop internal audit schedules and plan.

• handling customer complaint and non conformity of product

• training regarding, laboratory method,food safety and mandatory procedures

• follow up for updating all regulatory documents related to quality, fssai.
