Job Role & Responsibilities:

ValidationPlanning and execution of validation and qualification activityTo review the Validation Master are the Re-validation schedule and execute the activity as per scheduleTo update validation master review the Media Fill Protocol and reportExecution for Process review Hold Time Study protocols and ling Cleaning ning and Execution for HVAC system with Third ew the URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ Protocol and dination with engineering and involvement in qualification and validation activities when it is going monitor validation qualification activities and review the list of calibration and validation of all equipments / review certificate receipt from third party review preliminary SOP of QA, Process/Cleaning validation protocols and report and get it finalize after approval of QA HeadTo review Quality Management DocumentTo review the documents as current SOP and regulatory participate in customer and regulatory bodies audit inspection and / or quality audit, which regularly appraises the effectiveness and applicability of the QA ew of critical quality functions such as deviations, change controls, annual product quality reviews, vendor qualification activity, training handling and to take proactive investigate quality failure events and resolution of product related onsible for any additional responsibility givems and ensure the timely execution of self inspection , vendor audits , revisions of documents .To ensure that customer products and materials are handled as per their req
