lead the full implementation lifecycle, from project kick-off through go-live and handover.

define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.

coordinate cross-functional teams (product, support, testing) to ensure smooth delivery.

manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and timelines.

identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to clients and leadership.

ensure strong client relationships throughout the project, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations.

document implementation processes, gather client feedback, and support post-implementation transitions.

drive process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices for implementation and onboarding.

required skills and qualifications:

bachelor’s degree in engineering, it, business, or a related field.

7 - 10 years of experience in project management or implementation roles, ideally in a saas or pos/erp environment.

proven track record of leading successful technology implementations.

strong understanding of software deployment, onboarding, and client training processes.

excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.

willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
