k9hr solutions is looking for production supervisor, who is known to has hands-on experience and technical knowledge in stabilizer manufacturing (servo, static, or relay-based). the ideal candidate should have a good understanding of electrical components, assembly processes, quality checks, and production line management

key responsibilities:

�� supervise and manage day-to-day production operations in the stabilizer manufacturing unit.

�� ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and deadlines.

�� oversee assembly line workers, technicians, and quality control staff.

�� troubleshoot technical issues during the manufacturing process.

�� coordinate with design, procurement, and inventory teams for material planning.

�� implement and monitor quality control standards and safety protocols.

�� maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly reports.

�� provide training and technical support to shop floor staff.

�� optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

key requirements:

�� diploma or bachelor��s degree in electrical / electronics engineering or related field.

�� 3-8 years of experience in a supervisory or technical role in stabilizer or transformer manufacturing.

�� strong understanding of:

�� servo and static stabilizer technology.

�� pcb assembly, transformer winding, testing, and qa procedures.

�� power electronics and control systems.

�� leadership skills and ability to manage production teams.

�� basic knowledge of iso/quality standards is a plus.

�� computer proficiency (excel, erp systems, etc.).

preferred candidate profile:

�� candidates from stabilizer/ups/inverter manufacturing companies will be given�preference.
