role overview

we are seeking an experienced production manager with over 5 years+ of proven experience in the edible oil ( manufacturing industry). the ideal candidate will lead the production operations, ensure efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and oversee a safe working environment.

key responsibilities

plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to achieve set targets within deadlines and budget.

supervise, train, and manage production staff to ensure smooth operations.

implement and monitor quality control measures in line with product standards and industry regulations.

coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality assurance teams for uninterrupted production flow.

monitor resource utilization to minimize wastage and improve productivity.

troubleshoot production issues promptly and implement corrective measures.

maintain and enforce workplace health and safety standards.

prepare regular production reports for management review.

qualifications & skills

minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in edible oil manufacturing.

strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and process optimization.

proven ability to lead teams and manage a large workforce effectively.

hands-on experience with quality assurance protocols and product compliance.

excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and resource management skills.

strong communication and coordination abilities.

bachelors degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
