• can train/demonstrate strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills to students.

• a natural networker, very well connected in the relevant industry / other client bases & sub ecosystems.

• should be a go-getter.

• ability to respond effectively to the needs of a diverse student pool.

• working knowledge of various counselling models, practices, and resources.

• highly data-driven and substantial analytical skills.

• tech savvy with an excellent understanding of ms excel, word, and powerpoint.

• happy to travel intercity across the country in the quest for placements and to the different institutions of the group.

responsibilities and duties:

• end to end ownership of the career counselling and college placements cell.

• develop a comprehensive, long-term career counselling program and calendar.

• lead corporate outreach initiatives.

• identify, grow & manage relationships with leading corporate.

• potential training offering. creating job opportunities with partners, understanding their requirements, & mapping students to these requirements.

• to have close liaison with industry for the placement of students.

• to work in consultation with coordinator industry –institute interaction for organizing lectures from the professionals and industry.

• to collect feedback from the companies coming for placement.

• arrange training programs for soft skills and interview facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise.
