Responsibilities:

* Understand clinical and non-clinical documents received from the clinic

* Understand the document type for filing the document

* Understand the naming convention for indexing the document

* Abstract relevant clinical data like impression from diagnostic or lab reports in patients electronic account

* For rejected documents understand physicians feedback and correct accordingly

* Send back the data to the clinic that needs action from front office

* Working on electronic health record (EHR) application

Prerequisites:

Fresher/ Experienced

Any work experience in healthcare application will be added advantage

Good communication skills

Eye for detail

Microsoft word and excel knowledge (basic)

Education:

B. Pharm/ M. Pharm graduates

Any Life Science Graduates

Preference will be given to BSC. (Nursing, biotechnology, zoology, botany, biochemistry, microbiology)

Experience : 0 - 2 Years
