As a PEB Project Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative, logistical, and technical support to the Project Managers for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. Your role will involve assisting with project planning, scheduling, documentation, communication, and ensuring smooth coordination between various internal departments and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a foundational understanding of the PEB construction lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Project Documentation & Administration:
Maintain comprehensive project files, including contracts, drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence, both digitally and physically.
Prepare and format various project-related documents, presentations, and reports using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing them to relevant stakeholders.
Manage and track RFI (Request for Information) logs, submittals, and approvals efficiently.
Scheduling & Tracking Support:
Assist Project Managers in developing and updating project schedules (., using MS Project or similar tools).
Track project progress against milestones and deadlines, identifying potential delays and communicating them to the Project Manager.
Monitor the status of various project phases: design, detailing, fabrication, and erection.
Communication & Coordination:
Facilitate clear and timely communication between Project Managers, clients, engineering, detailing, fabrication, procurement, and site teams.
Coordinate meetings, site visits, and travel arrangements as needed.
Act as a central point of contact for routine inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Procurement & Logistics Support:
Assist in tracking material procurement, delivery schedules, and inventory for project sites.
Coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch of materials to site.
Quality & Safety Support:
Assist in maintaining quality control documentation and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
Support the Project Manager in tracking safety compliance and incident reporting.
Budget & Invoice Support:
Assist in tracking project costs and expenditures against the budget.
Help in processing vendor invoices and client billing documentation.
Site Visit (Occasional):
May occasionally visit project sites within Nashik or nearby areas to assist with documentation or coordination, under the guidance of the Project Manager.
