Job Responsibilities:
1. Planning and Supervision
Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans to ensure efficient workflow.
Supervise execution across all channels: retail branches, online store, and wholesale division.
2. Team Management
Oversee employee performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
Train, mentor, and support team members to achieve performance and quality targets.
3. Quality Assurance
Ensure products and services consistently meet company quality standards.
Monitor production, roasting, and service processes to maintain excellence in every detail.
4. Inventory and Supply Chain Management
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to ensure continuous supply.
Build and manage relationships with suppliers to guarantee timely, high-quality deliveries.
Ensure efficient storage and reduce waste through accurate forecasting and stock control.
5. Performance Analysis
Prepare periodic performance reports covering branch operations, sales, and online performance.
Analyze KPIs and operational data to support data-driven decision-making.
6. Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to reduce operational costs.
Continuously improve workflows to enhance speed, service, and customer satisfaction.
7. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, retail customers, and delivery partners.
Handle complaints and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
8. Supporting Marketing and Sales
Work closely with marketing to improve online presence and customer engagement.

Qualifications Required:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the food, beverage, or coffee industry.
