role overview

we are looking for a creative and tech-savvy digital media executive to manage and grow online presence. the ideal candidate will handle content creation, social media management, basic graphic work, and coordination with the marketing team to deliver strong brand visibility and engagement.

key responsibilities

manage all social media platforms (facebook, instagram, youtube, etc.)

create, edit, and publish engaging contentposts, reels, videos, stories

monitor daily social engagement and respond to comments/messages

collaborate with the team to plan digital marketing campaigns

maintain brand consistency across all online channels

assist in product photography and basic video shooting/editing

optimize content for better reach and brand awareness

track performance metrics and prepare growth reports

work with the marketing and e-commerce team for online promotions

required skills & qualifications

proven experience in social media or digital media (6 months2 years preferred)

strong knowledge of instagram, facebook, youtube, and emerging platforms

basic skills in canva, photoshop, or video editing tools (capcut, vn, etc.)

creativity and strong communication skills

ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

basic understanding of digital marketing trends

graduation in any field (preferably mass communication, marketing, or similar)

additional preferences

experience in handling brand social media pages

knowledge of e-commerce platforms

good photography or videography skills
