Job Title: Executive - Sr. Engineer Maintenance

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please mention in below table)

Erection, installation and commissioning of various types of static and rotary, utilities equipment & its piping work.

Coordination with other engineering disciplines for smooth and efficient implementation of the project, engineering consultant for timely delivery of construction drawings for proper sequence of project activities, procurement and operation to ensure completion of the project on time.

Preparing piping BOQ from P& ID and checking and review/verifying AUTOCAD & PDMS generated equipment layouts, Piping GAs, isometrics and models. Documents review and checking like MDS, MR, Design Basis, PMS/VDS,P&ID, Equipment , Structure , Piping , and Isometric.

Handling/supervising of contractors, Evaluating and discuss with team for work schedules, monitoring the progress, supervision of works. Preparing daily/weekly progress reports.

Inspection of various equipment like reactor, tank, utility equipments and submit report to Head - Project.

Planning, scheduling & monitoring activities for timely completion of projects within time, quality, cost & budget parameters. Manpower planning and handling. Preparation of expense budget.

Should be well versed with various code and standard like ASTM, ASME , ASME ,, etc.
