Objective of this role:
Establish positioning, identify target audience and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
Lead the execution of marketing programs from Start to Finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Analyse customer insights, customer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet the objectives for all advertising & public facing communications including print, video and digital assets.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns including content creation for different segments
Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all platforms.
Identify effectiveness of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams about marketing programs, strategies and budget
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies to increase customer acquisition
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
Strong project management, multitasking and decision making skills
Experience with Marketing automation
Metric-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Exposure in planning and leading initiatives
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business communication in related field
