Job Description

I'm looking for someone who is smart, organized, and trustworthy to be my Marketing Assistant. Bluntly, I'm looking for a perfectionist who is extraordinarily detail-oriented.

- PLEASE NOTE: This is not an entry-level marketing assistant position. You MUST have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with PPC or CRO.

- I'm an extremely demanding boss and am looking for someone who enjoys deeply researching marketing strategies, and executing campaigns.

- But if you have experience with digital campaigns this position will be very challenging and extremely rewarding.

- 100% work from home. You'll also get to set your own time. It doesn't matter when you get tasks done as long as they get done in 24 hrs. This position is very flexible.

- You'll learn a lot through the constant experimentation that we will be doing across a broad range of marketing channels.

- This is a part-time role. Starting at 20 - 40 hrs per month. Depending on how we work together, this could increase to more hours per month. We communicate via Trello. Almost ALL communication will happen asynchronously.

Responsibilities:

- Work with me to execute all campaigns and marketing experiments.

- Responsible for managing regular email marketing campaigns.

- Own the reporting on the performance of email strategies, programs, and campaigns, share learnings regularly with me.

- A/B test to better understand and optimize across campaigns.

- Proofread emails for accuracy, clarity, brand compliance, grammar, and spelling.

- Manage website, including uploading blog posts.

- Be the point person for service providers for projects such as web design.

Experience:

- 2+ years of work experience with PPC or CRO.

- Strong written communication.

- MUST be able to speak and write in perfect English.

- Must be available on weekends. (You can have two other days off like Mondays & Tuesdays)

- Must be comfortable developing and working in a virtual relationship, and having limited amount of face-time.
