Job Description

Responsibilities for Tele Sales

Generate leads through calling various prospective / existing companies to increase sales & revenues for the company

Nurture the leads generated by yourself & those provided by the Marketing Team

Understand our services thoroughly to be able to communicate the same with the prospective clients &/or answer their questions

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services

Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales

Enter and update customer information in the database

Provide ideas & initiatives to increase revenue streams

Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts

Promote the organization and services to increase brand visibility & awareness
