Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Management Representative (MR) to lead and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our [Specify relevant ISO standard(s) or Integrated Management System] in Nashik. The MR will be the primary custodian of the management system, ensuring its effectiveness, compliance with international standards, and its alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of management system principles, excellent auditing skills, and the ability to drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Management System Stewardship:
Oversee the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the [Specify relevant ISO standard(s)] as per international requirements.
Ensure that all processes required for the management system are clearly defined, documented, and effectively implemented throughout the organization.
Monitor the performance of the management system through data analysis, audits, and feedback mechanisms.
Reporting to Top Management:
Regularly report to top management on the performance and effectiveness of the [Management System], including key performance indicators (KPIs), audit findings, customer feedback, and any areas requiring improvement or resource allocation.
Prepare and present data and insights during Management Review Meetings, facilitating informed decision-making by top management.
Internal Audit Management:
Develop and manage the internal audit program, including planning, scheduling, and conducting internal audits across various departments.
Train and mentor internal auditors to ensure consistent and effective audit practices.
Identify non-conformities, ensure thorough root cause analysis, and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
External Liaison & Audit Facilitation:
Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors (., certification bodies, regulatory bodies, customer auditors) regarding the management system.
Coordinate, prepare for, and facilitate all external audits, ensuring smooth execution and successful certification/recertification.
Address audit findings and non-conformities raised by external auditors, ensuring timely and effective closure.
Promoting Awareness & Training:
Promote awareness of the [Management System] requirements, policies, objectives, and customer/stakeholder requirements throughout the organization.
Organize and conduct training sessions for employees on relevant standards, procedures, and quality/environmental/safety awareness.
Foster a culture of quality, environmental responsibility, and occupational health and safety across all functions.
Documentation & Records Control:
Ensure the effective control of all management system documentation and records, including policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and registers, in compliance with relevant standards.
Manage document revisions and distribution to ensure that current and relevant documents are accessible to all personnel.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
Actively identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and waste reduction within the scope of the management system.
Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects (., Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma initiatives) as needed.
Risk & Opportunity Management (if applicable to standard):
Support the identification, assessment, and control of risks and opportunities related to the management system and organizational processes.
Ensure integration of risk-based thinking into management system processes.
