Job Description

- Develop & Implement Maintenance Programs: Establish preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of corrugators, die cutters, and other machinery.

- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate equipment failures to identify underlying issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

- Lead Maintenance Team: Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning.

- Training & Development: Organize training sessions to enhance team skills in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems specific to corrugated box manufacturing.

- Equipment Optimization: Monitor and analyze equipment performance, implementing upgrades and modifications to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance needs.

- Spare Parts Management: Maintain an adequate inventory of critical spare parts, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective management.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the maintenance department budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and compliance documentation.
