Job Title: Junior Civil Engineer - Fit-out Works

Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Civil Engineer to join our team for Fit-out Works/Interiors.

The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in civil engineering projects and should be familiar with Interior & Fit-out works

The candidate will work closely with our senior engineers and project managers to ensure that all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Understand the raw site and conduct site inspections for interior works.

Read and interpret drawings for site interiors.

Prepare detailed CAD drawings.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs)

Perform any other duties as assigned by the senior engineers and project managers.

Requirements:

BE Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

6 months to 1 year of experience in Interior works.

Strong technical skills in CAD, reading and interpreting drawings, and preparing BOQs.

Proficient in Kannada, English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Willingness to work in the field and at the office as required.

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
