job description:-

•should have experience in working in machine maintenance of cnc machines- vmc, hmc, honing machines, spm machines, grinding machines.

• should have hands-on experience of the oil management system of machine shop.

• should have knowledge of different types of oil used in machines like hydraulic oil, lubrication oil, cutting oils. • should have hands- on experience of tpm activities like leak free machine.

• basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems of machines.

• can work under a high production pressure environment. • should know basic use of daily check sheets for oil top up or identify the oil/air leakages in machines.

• should have good idea of safety and safe work environment.

• do the cleaning activities on machines as when required.

these employees will work in shifts ( rotational shifts).
